The master suite is on the main floor, two additional bedrooms are upstairs and a 4th bedroom and full bath are located in the finished lower level (which is included free at Grand Reserve).   The Merlot's great room includes a dramatic two story overlook balcony from the second floor, and a wall of windows flanking the fireplace.  The formal dining room can be built as a home office or den if desired.
